Located in the heart of Europe, Brixlegg, Austria, is the home of Giesswein. In 1954, Elisabeth and Walter Giesswein founded their knitwear company. In 1974 the company branched out into shoes with its famous "Austrian slipper".
Combining innovation and tradition, Giesswein proposes an ergonomic line of products which are comfortable and unique in style. Nice and snug they slip on easily and have a comfy ribbed band around the ankle which not only helps to keep them on little feet, but keep the ankles warm too.
Made from boiled wool, Giesswein slippers are machine washable at 30°C, without softener and do not tumble dry.
